any purchase made on the Wheathills website is fully
supported by our money-back guarantee. Also, if an item
has been subject to any significant restoration or alteration
it is accurately reported and detailed in ‘My
Story so Far’ which accounts for an item's authenticity
and condition.
If you wish to return an item we promise
to refund your purchase price upon safe return, based
on the terms stated below. All shipments from Wheathills
are fully insured against loss and securely packaged
to the highest standards. Purchases are shipped within
3 - 10 days of receipt of payment and we deliver worldwide
by the most cost effective and safest method.
Availability
Wheathills reserve the right to withdraw any of the
items profiled on the website without notice, including
after an order has been placed and any automated confirmation
sent. In the rare circumstances that this occurs you
will be notified immediately by email and no transaction
or payment will take place.
Payment Methods
We accept the following methods of payment:
1. Visa, Mastercard, Solo, JCB and
Maestro cards; cards are processed manually once your
order has been confirmed.
2. UK pound sterling cheques, US Dollar cheques, and
banker's drafts; we will email details to you once your
order has been confirmed.
3 . Please note we cannot reserve antique items without
payment being received and confirmed.

Shipping
All shipping and insurance is arranged by Wheathills
unless requested otherwise. We arrange to deliver anywhere
in the world by the most secure and cost effective methods
available, using only reputable and efficient international
shipping companies. We have estimated the packaging,
shipping and insurance cost of each item within the
UK. For an estimate for shipping outside the UK we will
contact you by email or phone to give you accurate costs
based on the weight, size and destination of your purchase.
The purchaser is welcome to arrange their own shipping
if required, just contact us.
The purchaser meets all shipping charges.
In most cases we will ship orders within 3 - 10 days
of receipt of payment
Authenticity and Condition
Each item has been hand selected, physically inspected
carefully authenticated in writing under the title “My
Story so Far’. If there are any alterations or
restoration present we accurately report the details
and can provide additional photographs by request. Dimensions
provided in both metric and imperial.
Guarantee
All purchases are supported by our money-back guarantee
allowing you to purchase with confidence. We promise
to refund the purchase price of any item upon safe and
approved return, provided:
a) the purchaser has contacted us by email to obtain the
return shipping instructions; and
b) the item has been returned to us
in its identical condition and safely packaged, insured
and shipped within 5 days of arrival at the purchaser's
delivery address. A 5% restocking fee applies to all
refunds. In the event of an item arriving with
the purchaser damaged we require detailed photographs
of the item, the outer box, the inside packaging, to
be informed by email within 3 days and the return shipment
to comply with our subsequent shipping instructions.
Again, we issue a refund as soon as the shipping company
pays the insurance claim, usually taking around 4 -
6 weeks.
In the event of an item being lost during transit we issue
a refund as soon as the shipping company pays the insurance

for any personal or third party losses.
Import Export
The purchaser meets fees relating to any required license
or any import or export requirements. Any required license,
or any import or export requirements or limitations
are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Any delays
related to the failure to obtain a license or to import
into a country shall not constitute a basis for a cancellation
of a purchase
