19th Century Silver sugar Bowl

Sugar Bowl, having scallop shell dish on elliptical stand with over-swing handle. The main bowl is Hallmarked for Sheffield 1896, Maker's Mark 'H.W.' The bowl handle is also Hallmarked with Lion Passant and initials 'H.W.' The tongs are later, Hallmarked Sheffield 1943 - Maker's Mark in shield motif 'T.B & Son'.
