Limewash
is one of the earliest forms of paint. It develops
a unique patina unrivalled by modern paints and,
importantly, allows the building fabric to breathe,
essential for older and period properties. |
The paint
is a traditional and inexpensive coating which gives
protection and beauty to render, plasterwork and
masonry.
White Peak Buxton Limewash was chosen as a premium local product. It contains ultra-fine
particles of calcium hydroxide to give colloidal suspension, and it is pure limewash.
It provides maximum coverage, a brilliant rich finish and holds mineral pigments well.
There are 25 beautiful historical colours in the range including white.
