Handmade Designer Sideboard

This elegant and bespoke designed Oak and Walnut sideboard has a top created from flame Oak with
a square edge, above a central section of graduated drawers.
Each drawer is cock beaded and created with
exposed dovetails to the front of the drawers. The drawer sides are of
Oak and the fronts of Walnut, with a cock bead detail. The central bank of the sideboard's
drawers is flanked by a pair of double doors in Walnut, each framed
with a plain floating panel of bookmatched figured timber, all supported on square
Oak legs.
The sides of the piece
are fitted with floating panels of Walnut and the frame is in
solid Oak, contrasting with the darker Walnut. The surface of the timber
has been hand prepared in order to leave the timber in its natural undulating
character.
The whole designer sideboard has been created from solid wood,
the back boards, dividers and base are created from Tulipwood and stained to the desired shade.
